The founder of the company, Wang Zhaoyou, entered Jiaxian Plastic and Electrical Machinery Factory to engage in the research and production of plastic products.

In July 2002, Jiaxing Xingcheng Electronics Co., Ltd. was established, promoting the research and development, production and sales of high-brightness, multi-functional and multi-category high-end LED bicycle lights.

In March 2013, Zhejiang Yude Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established. It will deepen the product range and vigorously develop lithium battery charging bicycle lights. And it will extend the industry to energy-saving lighting, special lighting, auto parts and other fields.
In August 2016, Jiaxing Xingcheng Electronics Co., Ltd. moved to the new factory area of Zhejiang Youde Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. to expand production and grow stronger.
